Supervisors run the on-site operation and lead the team day to day. Many of Arrow's supervisors started as room attendants — this is what growing with the company looks like. You'll manage schedules, quality, and people across one of our hotel partners.
What you'll do
- Lead and schedule the on-site team
- Own quality and guest-readiness for your area
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Be the on-site point of contact for the hotel partner
