Arrow Facility Management was built out of a simple observation: the staffing industry treats workers as inventory, and clients feel that. The result is high turnover, inconsistent quality, and a workforce that has no real loyalty to anyone.

We chose a different path. Every Arrow team member is a direct employee, with real wages, real benefits, and real accountability. When they walk into your property, they are not a temp. They are Arrow.

Outside of work, Richard values quality time with his wife and children and especially enjoys making memories with his grandchildren.

A Venezuelan immigrant and law graduate who built his career in the United States from the ground up, turning challenges into opportunities within the hospitality industry. Eddie began in frontline roles such as housekeeping, public areas, and houseman, where he developed a strong foundation in operations, discipline, and service excellence. Through consistency and results, he advanced into leadership positions including Supervisor and Assistant Housekeeping Manager. His career continued to evolve with Arrow Facility Management, where he expanded his impact as Property Manager and Account Manager, overseeing operations, client relationships, and team performance across multiple properties. Today, he serves as an Account Manager, bringing 12 years of experience in hospitality, with a focus on operational efficiency, team leadership, and delivering high-level service standards.
