1. Apply

Tell us about yourself and your hotel experience. No resume required to start — the application takes just a few minutes, and you can apply to a specific open role or ask to be matched.

2. Interview

A recruiter reaches out to talk through your experience, availability, and which markets and shifts fit you. All vetting is done verbally during this conversation.

3. Onboarding

Once you're a fit, we walk you through proper onboarding — you're an Arrow employee from day one, with real benefits, not a temp.

4. First shift

We place you at a hotel partner that matches your skills and location, and your supervisor is there to set you up for success.
